"when everything comes together, and you feel all of the components turning into something bigger than themselves... that's synergy."

this was originally a joke piece, 4 bars long, that i wrote as backing music for me to sing "plant expert, beetle expert, fungus expert; synergy" over, based on an diagram taken out of context from a social media site pitch. unfortunately, the post i made it for is lost to time... if anyone finds it PLEASE LINK ME TO IT thanks

attempting to feed into the "synergy" concept, i kept a minimalist mindset when adding new parts to the original track, and i ended up making this metrically-weird piece that focuses on small changes over time.

(this track uses the base 2A03 chip sound)
